Opening Hours & Last Entry 

Our regular opening hours are 11pm - 5am on Friday and Saturdays, and last entry for ticket holders is at 1am. Depending on availability, tickets can also be purchased on the door. Buying a ticket is the only way to guarantee entry.

For in-house club events, we sell reduced priced tickets for entry before midnight.

For mid week events and day time parties, last entry times will be listed on your tickets or in communications sent by the ticketing provider. 


Entrance Policy

Searching guests is a mandatory condition of the venue’s licence. All guests are subject to a search on entry and we reserve the right to to search anyone inside the venue or smoking area, at the discretion of our management team.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

The Pickle Factory operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be barred from the venue and reported to the police. Anyone found to be asking for drugs or offering drugs will also be barred. 

The venue is strictly 18+ and we operate a challenge 25 policy. Passports, foreign national ID cards, driving licence or home office approved PASS hologram will be accepted. We only accept originals, we do not accept photocopies. All customers are required to present their ID on entry. Strictly no ID, no entry.

Please note, you are NOT permitted to bring any of the following items into the venue: illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; bottles; weapons; instruments, fireworks; or any other article which may be used as a weapon, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes). 

We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of prohibited items. Anyone found to be in possession of a weapon will be banned from the venue and the police will be called. 

Ticketing

Please refer to your point of purchase for any event specific information, including any amendments to last entry times listed under our entrance policy. 

If you lose your ticket, please contact the company from which you purchased it. The ticketing provider may require proof of purchase and identification.

The venue management team will verify your identity and the authenticity of the ticket purchase before reissuing a new ticket. Reissued tickets may be subject to additional fees.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. For sold out events, the RA and DICE apps have a resale function. 


Cloakroom & Lost Property

The cloakroom will be available during the full event hours and we charge a fee of £2.50 per item.  

Please keep your ticket safe until the end of the night. The venue will not be responsible for items without a valid ticket. 
In the event of a lost claim ticket, you must provide proof of ownership for the stored items. We can only hold on to items for 28 days after, after which, any unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated to charity. 

The cloakroom will not accept items of high value (such as laptops, jewellery etc) or items that are prohibited within the venue.

Well Being

The Pickle Factory is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all customers, employees and visitors. The organisers maintain a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment, assault, bullying, or abuse of any kind, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, and pregnancy. 

If at any time you feel unwell, unsafe or need assistance, please make yourself known to a member of staff. We have a dedicated welfare space on the ground level where our team will be happy to help you.

All guests are welcome to bring prescription medication with them to the venue. We ask that all medication is kept in its original packaging and is registered with our security team on entry. We strongly advise that any medication is stored safely with our security team who can direct you to private space to administer said medication. 

Please note; strobes and flashing lights may be used throughout our events. If you are planning to attend the club and suffer from photosensitive epilepsy, please let us know and we will do our best to reduce any risk caused by flashing lights. 


Accessibility

The venue is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible. Accessible toilets are also available.
